Zakres zadań:

HERE’S A LITTLE TASTE OF YOUR CHALLENGE:

·       Leading the Internship Program: Interns on Track  in Lodz Office 

·       Providing timely and accurate support to the Talent Acquisition consultants by proactively sourcing candidates and assisting through various stages in the recruitment process for technical roles;

·       Coordinate Global Pre-employment Screening process

·       Contributing to our global sourcing map with identified preferred recruitment sources per country 
and map our employer competitors per region

·       Participation in the organization of TomTom in recruitment events related to technical roles 
(in-house and externally)

·       Actively being in touch with Talent team members in different locations

·       Cooperating with Universities and Students Organizations

·       Active participation in one of the global recruitment and employer branding projects

·       Overall support of the Talent Team
