We are looking for Marketing & Administration Assistant who will be responsible for marketing, PR and employer branding activities. You will take care of the company’s image and have a chance to take part in creating marketing and PR strategies. Besides, your task will be to support administrative tasks and watch over organization of office operations.

Zakres zadań:


- Actions in areas of PR, marketing and EB

- Managing the company's social media activity

- Implementing and developing internal and external marketing strategies

- Preparing promotional materials

- Establishing relationships with universities, student associations and career services

- Organizing internal events

- Supporting the Team's current administrative tasks

Wymagania

Umiejętności:

  • - Very good command of written and spoken English
  • - Computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • - Huge creativity and self-reliance
  • - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • - Excellent work organization
  • - Writing with ease and have copywriting skills
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Photoshop or another graphic program, language certificates, experience in Marketing/PR
