Internship in HR Training & Development Department

Location: Lodz, Poland

HR Training & Development Department would like to invite for internship students who are interested in Human Resources area. During an Internship you would have opportunity to active participation in Training and Development process, support team in their daily duties, taking part in the implementation of current projects, updating and build databases.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Obeying binding Work Regulations
• Following Corporate Lean structure
• Supporting HR Training & Development Team in training activities such as:

• Trainings administrations - preparing & monitoring trainings documentations (attendance lists, pre & posttest)
• Trainings organizing & logistic
• Preparing, collecting, updating training materials on the local share point
• Trainings branding - communication to participants, encouraging them to attend in workshops
• Reporting trainings KPI

 

What we value is fluent English and HR background (university/ work experience). Interest in HR area will be an asset. We are looking forward to seeing you in Infosys and participate in successful growth of our organization!
