Are you the enthusiastic, talented intern we are looking for?

Your challenge is to create and execute reliable function based documentation and knowledge management to support functional onboarding and Knowledge Transfer (KT) for effective employee onboarding and transition in the Global Business Services (GBS) space.

 

You are responsible for

• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding framework
• Play an important role in content creation for process documentation framework together with the team based in Poland and the Netherlands
• Support the execution of Learning Programs aimed at Continuous Improvement of Knowledge/Skills of GBS employees
• Aid in the reporting of the training metrics to indicate the Learning & Skill Development health of the hub to the Leadership team and the relevant stakeholders
• Reinforce our culture and values

 

Your team

You will work in close collaboration with the Local GBS Education and Training Lead, the Transition Manager, Process Documentation and other team members. You are closely linked to the Learning Communities in Philips.
