Zakres zadań:
The Intern Asset Control will support the asset maintenance processes.
He/she will be part of a team of 3 person based in Lodz and 3 remote resources in Amsterdam/India.
This internship offers great exposure to the different aspects of asset control and controllership, as well to other business functions in TIP, as he/she will need to interact with almost all layers of the company. This internship will enhance controllership skills and (operational) business analytics.
He/she will also participate in various asset controls, business and controllership projects touching different areas of the TIP accounting and (operational) business processes.
•The asset capitalization processes.
•The inter-company process regarding assets transfers.
•The depreciation schedules of assets.
•Reconciliation between operational system and financial system
•Monthly management reports.
•Ad hoc requests from senior management.
•Monthly closing processes.
•Quarterly account reconciliations
•Lead 2 LEAN projects.
Qualifications:
•He/she is a self-starter, focused on prioritise & meeting deadlines.
•Good communication skills.
•Diplomacy, the ability to communicate effortlessly on all levels within the organization and a high degree of flexibility are essential.
•Can-do approach to problem solving.
•Excellent in MS Office, ability to learn new skills in Access, Excel and financial and operational systems.
•Fluent in written and oral English; other European languages preferred.
